Ogundele State Governor Dapo Abiodun has formally submitted his nomination form at the National Headquarters of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Abuja as the party’s consensus candidate for the Ogun East Senatorial District.
The submission marks another major step in the political process ahead of the forthcoming elections and reinforces the governor’s continued commitment to the people of Ogun East. Governor Abiodun described the moment as one driven by service, responsibility, and dedication to the continued growth and development of the senatorial district.
Abiodun expressed appreciation to party leaders, stakeholders, and residents across the Ijebu and Remo divisions for their unwavering support, trust, and confidence in his leadership over the years. He noted that the overwhelming backing from the people remains a marker of encouragement and motivation.
The governor reaffirmed his commitment to sustaining strong and purposeful representation for Ogun East while consolidating on developmental strides already recorded across the district.
He pledged that efforts would continue towards boosting infrastructure and creating economic opportunities, empowering youths, as well as ensuring greater prosperity for communities across Ogun East Senatorial District.
