This is not the first hyped polygamous marriage. If my count is correct this is the fourth in the last one year and all coming from Delta State.
I’m begining to believe that Delta State women are more at home with polygamy in the South than any other tribe. Ibo , Ijaw and Yoruba women are the biggest critics of polygamy. They only marry rich polygamists.
So why are Delta women falling over polygamists. Me I’m confused, but I think it’s culture. Here below is another Deltan marrying two women same day, and that was last week Saturday.
Nigerian Man from Delta State named Vincent, has done something very rare, he married two women on same day.
The traditional marriage was held on Saturday at Oghara Junction in Delta State
Speaking to Dave of Africa, a publicist with Niger Delta Insider, Vincent said he married the ladies same day because both of them are his Fiancees and they have all been living together in same house for years
“I married them because we’ve always lived as one for the past 9 years. We live in the same house use one kitchen, cook together and eat together
“If you come to my compound you will think they’re sisters because of the way they’re living”, the man said.
