As part of efforts towards achieving better costumer satisfaction for its services, the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission ,NERC, is set to host a 3-day Town Hall in Kaduna State, from Thursday, December 12th to Saturday, December 14th, 2024.
The was made available via the company’s X (microblog channel), earlier today.
NERC statement informed that “customers of the Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company kaedco in Kaduna with electricity-related complaints are encouraged to attend the Customer Complaints Resolution sessions, starting at 10:00 AM daily.”
Affected customers are advised to come along with relevant documents to ensure amicable resolution of their grievances.
The statement added that the meeting will take place at Epitome Hotel and Suites12-13 Ethiopia Street Barnawa, Kaduna Kaduna State on the stated dates.
