The duo of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu have arrived in France at the instance of the French President, Emmanuel Macron for state visit
The couple who arrived Wednesday evening, Nigerian time were warmly received by top French government officials and the Republican Guard.
This was confirmed on through a post by The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, Olusegun Dada, on X.
Although the visit is said to be private, it is expected to bring about more benefits to the nation and promote existing good bilateral relationship between France and Nigeria. This was corroborated by a statement from the office of French President.
More details of the visit are being expected later.
