In its renewed commitment towards encouraging business ventures, Aenon Foundation, a non-governmental organization, has extended financial supports totalling ten million naira to six deserving individuals, following assessment by its committee.
The event took place on Sunday, on the sidelines of the July End of the Month Thanksgiving at Rhema Chapel International Churches, Abuja, located along Banex-Gwarinpa Expressway, Kado-Kuchi (between NAWA Complex and the Next Cash and Carry.)
Presenting the checks to the six recipients, the founder of Aenon foundation, Engineer Dr. Ademola Adedapo said that what was being demonstrated comes in the spirit of improved support to the targeted beneficiaries, whom he noted have consistently demonstrated encouragement in their businesses.
In the scheme, six women were empowered, four of which had enjoyed repeated support over time based on their consistency and each of them went away with a check of N1 million, while the two new beneficiaries, Mrs. Jane Amos and Mrs. Olubukonla Ajayi were handed a check of N3 million each, for their exemplary industry in the areas of their business operations.
Shedding the light on what informed the choice of the two new beneficiaries, Engr. Adedapo emphasized that, “They are good examples to emulate,” adding that this year’s efforts were an improvement on the previous projects.
Engr. Adedapo, flanked by his wife, Mrs. Tosin Adedapo, seized the opportunity to announce that the foundation will henceforth provide more support through interest-free loans for small businesses , which will be based on competitive proposal and vetted by a committee. He promised a N10 million take off grant for the scheme.
The Minister-in-Charge, MIC, Rhema Chapel International Churches Abuja, Pastor Ayo Osinlu appreciated the Aenon Foundation and the founder for the gestures and prayed for greater grace upon the initiative.
Similarly, Pst. Osinlu prayed for the inspiration of the Holy Spirit for multiplication on all recipients of the business support/ grants.
As a non-governmental organization, the Aenon Foundation is particularly known to prioritize the promotion of science education in the country. The Foundation recently organized its 7th Annual Science Quiz Competition in Osun State, awarding the grand prize winner ₦500,000 and a laptop.
Earlier, in his very brief exhortation, Pst. Ayo Osinlu identified God’s power to protect his people from tragedies, drawing from Acts 5:18 and Psalms 124:7. In the light of the efficacy of the referenced scriptures, the MIC declared that, “the snare is broken, and the people have escaped,” which justified why thanksgiving is needful among God’s people.
The Rhema Chapel International Churches, Abuja July 2026 end of the month thanksgiving was characterized by testimonies and diverse expressions of appreciation to God by church members who shared encounters of divine preservation since the first half of the year.
