…hails council workers’ commitment

Executive Chairman of Abuja Municipal Area Council, Hon. Christopher Zakka Maikalangu has enumerated key prioritizes of his administration.
The council boss made the disclosure on Monday as he received stakeholders in his office, stressing interestingly that the area council was the closest administrative structure to the people.
And, based on his cardinal priorities, he stated that his administration had set the stage for the socio-economic development, including empowerment of the people, especially at the grassroots level.
Maikalangu commended his appointees for supporting his efforts at achieving more sustainable development and for demonstrating the fear of God and sincerity in the discharge of their responsibilities in line with the priorities set by his administration.
By the same token, the AMAC chairman commended the commitments of all public servants around, noting that their contributions had resulted in positive change anchored on respect for the Rule of Law, accountability, transparency and bottom-up approach to governance.
