As part of his ongoing evaluation of infrastructural projects across Rivers State, Governor Siminalayi Fubara on Wednesday inspected the Luuwa–Bere Road project currently being executed by the Chinese Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC).

The project, which includes the construction of a bridge linking Luuwa and Bere communities in Khana Local Government Area, is designed to enhance connectivity and open up the agrarian region for greater economic activities.

Governor Fubara reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to improving road infrastructure and linking communities across the state to drive inclusive development.

He was accompanied on the inspection tour by officials of CCECC and the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works, Mr. Austin Ezekiel Hart.
