…. as Minister presents staff of office to four newly appointed chiefs on Day 1 of nationwide protests

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, has appealed to #EndBadGoveranance protesters in Abuja to embrace dialogue, as government is prepared to listen and acquaint them with some governance issues not known to them before.
Wike made the disclosure on Thursday during the presentation of staff of office to four newly appointed chiefs in the nation’s capital.
He urged protesters to resist those who will want to destroy the nation through acts of violence, but appreciated those in the FCT for not carrying their protest overboard.
The Minister reminded all that the FCT as the nation’s capital remained a precious asset to the country, cautioning that if the FCT is destroyed, it will impact the entire country negatively in many ways.
